Add or edit multiple items by using grid view Select Edit in grid view. Double-click a cell to make a change. Delete items from a list Open the list where you want to delete an item. If you cant find the list, select Site contents, and then open the list, Select the item or items. On the lists command bar, select Delete . When you are prompted to confirm, select OK.
Edit one or more items in a list Navigate to the site containing the list where you want to edit an item. Select the name or title of the list. Select the circle next to the item you want to edit, right click, and then select in the dropdown. In the list item, edit the information you want to change. Click Save.
