What should I do if I make a mistake on my weekly certification? You should call the Telephone Claims Center right away, at 888-209-8124. Call during the hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. (Please note that you may have difficulty docHubing a representative when there is high call volume.)
After you submit your certification and receive a confirmation number, you can make changes by sending a question through the Contact Us page in your UI Online account. Select the category docHub for Continued Benefits and the topic Made a Mistake on Continued Benefits Certification.
To change your claim: Write what needs to be corrected on your Notice of Award and mail it to the EDD address on the notice. In your UI Online account, select Contact Us to request a change.
The Request for Reconsideration form can be found on our website here or you can find it in the Claimant Handbook. You can submit the form in one of the following ways: Fax: 518-457-9378. Mail: New York State Department of Labor, P.O. Box 15130, Albany, NY 12212-5130.
If you need to make a correction, call the Florida Reemployment Customer Service Center at 1-833-FL-APPLY (1-833-352-7759) for assistance.
You can receive unemployment benefits for up to 26 weeks or 104 days. Once youve used up all 104 days, your eligibility for benefits will end for the current benefit year. However, you can reapply once the benefit year has finished.
Press option 2 to speak to a representative at the Department of Labor Contact Center. Call our Telephone Claims Center toll-free at 888-209-8124. Listen to the first message about languages available, then press the number for your language.
