Change the font format, color, or size for bullets or numbers in a list Click a bullet or number in a list. All the bullets or numbers in the list are selected. On the Home tab, in the Font group, make the changes that you want. For example, click the arrow next to Font Color, and then click the color that you want.
Select the text that you want to highlight. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select the color that you want. Note: Use a light highlight color if you plan to print the document by using a monochrome palette or printer.
Highlight your text, then Format Highlight Show Colours . If its not already showing, go to the third tab along the top ( Colour Palettes ), and make sure the dropdown box says docHubner . Youll see all the default highlight colours there.
While only a handful of default colors are available in Word to highlight text, you can improve the experience by adding more custom highlight colors. If you cannot add more custom colors to Words Highlight tool, it is because there is a limit of 15 default colors that can be added to the Highlight tool.
Follow these steps: Use the Highlight tool to specify the color you want as the after color; the one you want to change to. (Click the drop-down arrow at the right of the Highlight tool and select the color you want.) Press Ctrl+H to display the Replace tab of the Find and Replace dialog box.
To change its color, click the drop-down button at Track Changes Track Changes Options. In the pop-up dialog, click the drop-down button at Comments Color, where you can choose one color you like in the drop down list. Finally, click OK.
