Alright, lets talk about how you can customize the fields on your headers in Salesforce. So when you look at a record, those fields at the top of the page. How do we do that? Now most people will want to go and actually edit the page layout itself. Thats not what you do in this case. In this case, go to the Object and go to the Compact Layout section. And here, you can create different compact layouts. You might not have a specific compact layout yet, so create a new one. But once you create a custom layout, give it a name and pick your fields. So pick whatever fields youd like to have show up in the header. Less is more. You dont want to have too many fields up there. Think about the ones that are most important for your reps and hit Save.
