What exactly is a general admission concert? Well, when you get a concert ticket, you are either assigned a seat or a section. When you have a specific seat, you get all warm and cozy in your spot and stay put. When you have general admission ticket, you are normally assigned a section: balcony, floor, etc.
No, they dont. Your ticket has a section, row, and seat on it, and thats the only place theyll let you stay. And Ive never met an usher who will yield to persuasion, bribes, threats, or anything else when somebody attempts to upgrade to a seat they werent willing to pay for.
LPT: If you have a bad seat at a concert/event, check a ticket resale site like StubHub and see what seats are still for sale. If unsold, these seats will most likely stay empty throughout the event, allowing you to get a better seat.
It all depends on the view, sound, and experience you want. The most expensive seats are usually found in the middle of the hall. The sound there tends to be a little better and the view is pretty good. The cheapest seats are usually found in the front and last rows or far off to the side.
LPT: If you have a bad seat at a concert/event, check a ticket resale site like StubHub and see what seats are still for sale. If unsold, these seats will most likely stay empty throughout the event, allowing you to get a better seat.
Generally, they must be for the same event, venue and date. At their discretion, some Event Organizers allow exchanges for a long running series, such as theatrical shows. New tickets must be indicated by a blue dot on the seat map. Pink dots indicate Fan-to-Fan Resale tickets, which cant be purchased via an exchange.
Tick the box to the left of the ticket or tickets with the name you would like to change. Below the wording Name of the new holder you will find two boxes where you need to enter the name and surname displayed on the ID of the new ticket holder, select a delivery method and confirm.
If you want to be in the front row, you need to get to the venue early. Thats right, early early. Youll most likely have to get to the venue in the morning or early afternoon (depending on the popularity of the band). That means youre going to be standing in line for a while.
