the minnesota state flag has looked like this for more than six decades but some say we should scratch the design and start over wccamp;#39;s caroline cummings explains the effort at the capitol and who wants to weigh in how much is that itamp;#39;s 250. few know flags like lee harold knows flags and then they also come just the flag itself trading a career as a cpa for this rochester shop selling hundreds of them got to watch out for your hobbies for sale not just the minnesota state flag of today but the one he dreams of someday but weamp;#39;ve had people come in to get the official state flag and see the north star and decide no iamp;#39;d rather do that harold has been pushing the state legislature to change the flag to this north star flag for years he says it passes the good flag test simple with meaningful symbols and no words people can figure it out without you telling them they can see oh the store the star is the north star the blue thatamp;#39;s our ten thousand lakes

It is not possible to modify the Delete on termination value on an existing AMI. So you have 2 choices: Launch an EC2 instance from your AMI and produce a new AMI with the appropriate Delete on Terminate value, or. Modify the value when you launch the new EC2 instance.
Go to your EC2 management console and click on Instances. Click on the instance youre curious about, and then under the Description tab, scroll down to Block devices, and click on the appropriate EBS volume. This will pop up an attribute box which will state the Delete on Termination flag.
By default, the DeleteOnTermination attribute is set to True for the root volume. It is set to False for all other volume types. To preserve the root volume when an instance terminates, change the DeleteOnTermination attribute for the root volume to False. Note: You dont incur billing costs for changing these values.
Log in to the AWS Management Console, display the EC2 page for your region, then click Instances. Choose the instance from which you want to create a custom AMI. Click Actions and click Create Image. Type a name for Image Name that is easily identifiable to you and, optionally, input text for Image Description.
To delete terminated EC2 Instances, locate the instance you want to delete in the EC2 Console under the Instances page. Click on the instance and select the Terminate option. Once youve selected terminate, you will receive a pop-up confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.
On Amazon EC2, when you use an EBS volume as the root device for an EC2 instance, the Delete on Termination flag defaults to true, meaning the volume will automatically be deleted when you destroy the instance.
Step 1: Create the maintenance window (AWS CLI) Step 2: Register a target node with the maintenance window (AWS CLI) Examples: Register targets with a maintenance window. Step 3: Register a task with the maintenance window (AWS CLI) Examples: Register tasks with a maintenance window.
By default, the root EBS volume that is created and attached to an instance at launch is deleted when that instance is terminated. You can modify this behavior by changing the value of the flag DeleteOnTermination to false when you launch the instance.
