so at the crime scene you can imagine that things can transfer very easily I had a case once where it was a cold day in Florida defendant was sleeping naked in this bed and they pulled him out handcuffed him naked on his front lawn and started searching the house looking for a gun and they found a gun and what did they do they pulled it out and plopped it right on the bed where this guy was just sleeping butt naked and you think to yourself what what thought process was going through your mind I know taking pictures and theyamp;#39;re going to render it safe even though they just were digging around and all his stuff with their gloves on you know this stuff happens and especially in States like Florida where we have a lot of law enforcement a lot of different jurisdictions and a lot of police officers on the front side that donamp;#39;t have the understanding of how DNA can transfer and how common that is you know you really have to consider that in every case
