transferring designs is a very useful skill to know for an engraver especially if youamp;#39;re not the best at drawing in the beginning i would still recommend learning to draw instead of relying solely on transfers as drawing is a really rewarding skill to have as an engraver but letamp;#39;s focus on the transfers for now so this method of transferring images uses acetone and you need some image or letters from a laser printer and a regular inkjet printer will not work i canamp;#39;t tell you why because iamp;#39;m not that smart when it comes to printers but laser printer itamp;#39;s got to be a laser printer one thing you want to keep in mind is whenever you print off your image is you want it to be backwards so i got some nitrile gloves on these are good for two reasons first one is that you donamp;#39;t get acetone on your hands because acetone is kind of nasty second reason is that you want to keep from getting oil on whatever youamp;#39;re transferring oil will mess up
