Edit a drop-down list with items that have been entered manually On the worksheet where you applied the drop-down list, select a cell that has the drop-down list. Go to Data Data Validation. On the Settings tab, click in the Source box, and then change your list items as needed.
If you want to make any changes to the drop-down box, just select it while in Developer Mode and click Properties again. Select Content control cant be deleted to ensure readers cannot delete the drop-down box or its options. Dont select the Contents cannot be edited option.
Microsoft Edge has a new dropdown menu, allowing you to create a tab group, access your browser history, and customize it with your favorite web pages. In other words, the new dropdown menu makes it easier for you to navigate in Edge.
In the Access form, go to the Design View. Select the dropdown list and open the Properties window. In the Properties window, go to the Data tab and set the Row Source Type to Value List. In the same tab, enter the values you want to show in the dropdown list in the Row Source field, separated by semicolons.
Solution Navigate to the Administration page. Under the Developer Tools section select Dropdown Editor. Select the Dropdown list you wish to edited by looking for its name. Add new options by filling out the name and display fields at the bottom. Click save.
Add a list box or combo box to a form: In Design view, open a form that is based on a record source that includes the Lookup field. If the Field List pane isnt displayed, press Alt+F8 to display it. Double-click the Lookup field, or drag the Lookup field from the Field List pane to the form.
Edit the items in a list Open the form, table, or query result set that contains the list. Do one of the following: Right-click the list that you want to edit, and then click Edit List Items. The screen that you see depends on the type of list that you want to edit. Do one of the following. Click OK.
