[Music] hi this is John Morgan with the latest video tip for 2020 design a lot of people like to organize their catalogs by manufacturer we go to file and we choose preferences there is a button here under a feature under preferences called catalogs see right here which says show by manufacturer if you put a check mark right there and click OK itll take all of your catalogs and organize them by manufacturer so if you sell manufacturer X cabinet brand and they have a framed catalog a frameless catalog value series if you click show by manufacturer itll create a folder for manufacturer X and then right below that youll see manufacturer y and then all you have to do is click one either any of those manufacturers and then it opens up and it shows you the catalogs that are available for other great ideas tips and inspiration please join us at 20/20 spaces com forward slash community
