The video tutorial demonstrates how to change file attributes using the free app Attribute Changer. This allows you to modify date created, date modified, and date accessed for files and folders. After downloading the app, a new right-click menu will appear. To change attributes, simply right-click on the file, go to show more options, and select change attributes. You can then input the desired date and time for the file attribute changes.

Just select the entire area that contains the fields (or Ctrl++A to select the entire document) and press Ctrl+Shift+F11. That will unlock any locked fields, and it wont affect the ones that are already unlocked. On many computers the additional shift key Fn must be used with function key shortcuts.
Go to File Account (or Office Account if you opened Outlook). Under Product Information, choose Update Options Update Now. Note: You may need to click Enable Updates first if you dont see the Update Now option right away. Close the Youre up to date!
About Word fields Ctrl + F9 enters a blank field. Alt + F9 toggles all the fields in the document. Shift + F9 toggles the selected field.
Press Ctrl + A. Press F9. If your document has tables with fields or formulas, you might need to select each table separately and press F9. Tip: To make sure that you dont forget to update your table of contents before you print the document, set Word to update fields automatically before printing.
Run the Update Field function manually from the file itself - Update fields. Consider using macros in Word to update the header or body section fields whenever a Word file is opened. If the properties still do not update, create a new file and copy the contents of the old file from it. The old file may be corrupted.
Click the File tab. Click Info to view the document properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Note that for some metadata, such as Author, youll have to right-click on the property and choose Remove or Edit.
Update all fields in a document Tip: To make sure that you dont forget to update your table of contents before you print the document, set Word to update fields automatically before printing. Click FILE Options Display, and under Printing options, select the check box for Update fields before printing.
Method 1: Select All text using Command + A and Update Field using F9 to update all fields simultaneously. Method 2: Enable the options to update the fields before printing and update linked data before printing. To get your document ready for printing, press Command + P to open the print preview.
