so hi do you ever have to edit errors or mistakes on your service reports or how do you audit service reports that your technicians complete so on this video we will learn how to modify appointment information and the regenerate service report first off we have to go to the dispatch app and then from here we will click the service appointment tab lets select the my appointments list View and then we will select and open a service appointment record by clicking the service appointment number so lets take this lets click edit on top right and then lets modify the needed info for example this one up casually stored and then end and then lets hit save after saving lets click create service um report Action lets choose a template so lets use standard template and then lets review the contents and then we will have two options you can either create and send the service report or we can just create it and thats it
