Tip: If you want to make your checkmark larger or smaller, select it and use the Font Size setting. Place your cursor at the spot where you want to insert the checkmark. Go to Insert Advanced Symbol Symbols. Choose the checkmark symbol that you want. Select Insert. Select Close.
WPS Office Open WPS Excel and create a new or open an existing workbook. Click on the Forms under the Insert tab on the top menu bar. Select the Checkbox option from the available form controls. Click and drag on the worksheet where you want to place the checkbox.
Option 2: Open the document, and place the cursor where you want to insert a check mark. Click the Insert tab the Symbol drop-dwon button More Symbols. Then the Symbol dialog will pop up. In the Font box, select Wingdings. Select the check mark, and click the Insert button. Then, the check mark has been inserted.
If you have a separate number pad on your keyboard, be sure to activate the num lock. While holding the Alt key on your keyboard, type in 251 and release the Alt button to enter the check symbol in the place where you have the cursor.
If you want to use that option for inserting the check mark, you need to follow the given steps: 1. In the first step, you have to place the cursor in the Word document where you want to place the check mark in your document. 2.In the second step, go to the number pad and press Alt + 0252 or Alt + 0254.
Change the check box symbol In your document, click the check box. On the Developer tab, click Properties. In the Content Control Properties dialog box, selectChange next to Checked symbol. In the Symbol box, look for a symbol.
Click the Insert tab, and then click the Symbol button. In this Symbol popup window, we can freely choose and add the symbols we want to insert.
