Get back to the Developer tab and click on the Check Box Content Control button. You will see a checkbox appear wherever your cursor is placed. To mark a checkbox, click on it and add an X. To modify or format a checkbox, select the entire form box and use the options available in the Developer tab.
To change the color or the accent color of the input checkbox HTML element on a webpage using CSS, you can use the accent-color CSS property on the checkbox input selector in the CSS styles and set its value to the color of your choice.
You can customize your checkboxs appearance by right-clicking on it. Choose Properties and you can pick from different styles. You can also change size and alignment. An interesting thing about checkboxes in Microsoft Word is that you can connect them to other elements in your document.
Change the check box symbol In your document, click the check box. On the Developer tab, click Properties. In the Content Control Properties dialog box, selectChange next to Checked symbol. In the Symbol box, look for a symbol.
To add Dynamic Checkboxes to your Custom Word report: Set up your List field in the Form Builder. Add Checkboxes to your Word template (one for each list value). Double-click your Check Box or right-click and select Properties. Repeat step #3 for each of your checkboxes.
Place you cursor at the start of the first line. Go to the Developer tab, and then click Check Box. If you want a space after the check box, press Tab or Spacebar. Use a Tab character if you want to format the list item with hanging indentation, like Word applies to bulleted lists.
Click File Options Customize Ribbon. Then, check the box next to Developer and click OK. In the Controls group of the Developer tab, click on the Check Box Content Control button. This inserts a checkbox at the cursors location.
Right click on the box and select Properties from the drop down menu. Go into the Font Property and change the name and size of the font.
