Changes you make will instantly show up in the chart. Right-click the item you want to change and input the data--or type a new heading--and press Enter to display it in the chart. To hide a category in the chart, right-click the chart and choose Select Data.
The Chart Elements, Chart Styles, and Chart Filter buttons appear next to the chart. Click the Chart Elements button and check or uncheck the elements you want to add or remove, such as Chart Title. Different chart types have different elements, styles, and filters. To add data labels, you check Data Labels.
Click on any cell to select the table, and then click and drag one of the corners to resize it. Or you can use the Layout tab to resize individual cells, specific rows or columns, or the entire table. Select the columns or rows you wish to resize. Specify the height and/or width you wish to apply.
Go to Table Tools Design Table Styles Borders, and then click the border option that you want to change.
Right-click on the graph and select Edit Data for on-the-fly adjustments to the displayed information.
Update a table of figures Click on the table of figures in your document. This will highlight the entire table. Click References Update Table. Note: Update Table becomes an option only when you click the table of figures in your document. Select an Update in the in the Update Table of Figures dialog box. Click OK.
How to update only the page number in a table of contents Open the document we want to edit in WPS Writer. Click on the table of contents. Click References tab and then click the Update TOC button. Now a Update Table of Contents small dialog box will pop up. Check Update page numbers only.
You can adjust the table at Tools or edit the table directly on the edit page. Drag the gray circle icon to zoom in and out of the table. Click the white circle icon to select the whole table, drag the icon, then you can adjust its position. If you want to add rows and columns, just click the plus icon in the table.
