On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Double-tap the chart you want to edit. Tap Edit chart. Choose from: Type: Change the chart type. Legend: Change the legend location. Titles: Change the chart and axis titles. When youre done, tap Done .
Rename a table In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table that you want to rename ,and then click Rename on the shortcut menu. Note: You must close all open objects that reference the table before you can rename it. Type the new name and then press ENTER. To save your changes, click Save on the Quick Access Toolbar.
To add elements to your chart, such as a title and data labels, select the chart. The Chart Elements, Chart Styles, and Chart Filter buttons appear next to the chart. Click the Chart Elements button and check or uncheck the elements you want to add or remove, such as Chart Title.
Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Click Gridlines. Optional: If your chart has horizontal and vertical gridlines, next to Apply to, choose the gridlines you want to change. In Word and PowerPoint: Select your chart and then on the Chart Design tab, click Edit Data in Excel. In Excel, select the category title and then in the Home tab, click Sort Filter Filter. Next, click the drop-down arrow to select the data you want to show, and deselect the data you dont want to show.
Changes you make will instantly show up in the chart. Right-click the item you want to change and input the data--or type a new heading--and press Enter to display it in the chart. To hide a category in the chart, right-click the chart and choose Select Data.
