good morning good afternoon or good evening rue you might be in a previous video I showed you how to insert figures and table references into a Word document a number of questions have been asked how do we format those figures well itamp;#39;s really quite simple all we do is to use the Styles command in the Home tab so the first step is to click on the on the figure then go to the Home tab then in the Styles group does a dialog box launcher in the bottom right hand corner click that and you may need to scroll down until you can see the caption style right click on the caption style and modify and then you can change the font font size bold for example weamp;#39;ll change the font color so that it stands out at this stage for these purposes to read and just to show that it works will underline as well now down the bottom here we can see that we have the choice of using those formats in the figures just in this document or our new documents based on this template which is the new new
