HERE IS HOW TO RENAME A FILE IN GOOGLE DOCS: Step 1: Click the name at the top of the file. Step 2: Then type a new name. Step 3: Now press Enter. NOTE: If you share your file with someone else, youll get their changes as they make them.
Word examines the document, and then displays the results in a list. The second item in the list is Document Properties and Personal Information. To the right of Document Properties and Personal Information is a button labeled Remove All. Click that button. Next click Close then save your document.
Open the document and press Ctrl-F to open the Find and Replace pop-up window. Click the Replace tab, then type the current company name into the Find what box. Make sure to type the name exactly as it appears in the document, with no additional spaces before or after.
Heres how: Double-click the Word icon to open the application. Click the Design tab at the top of the program window. Look for the Watermark option in the Page Background group. Select Remove Watermark from the drop-down menu. Confirm the removal with a prompt click Yes or OK.
If you share a document with other people, you can remove personal information, such as author name and company, that Office automatically adds to a document. On the Word menu, click Preferences. Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document.
Go to Insert Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer.
From the Word Preferences dialog box, select User Information under the Personal Settings heading. Delete all the personal information that is displayed, click OK, then save your document.
