Easily modify authentication in RPT to work with documents in various formats

You can’t make document adjustments more convenient than editing your RPT files online. To manage authentication methods for self-service password reset (SSPR), click Password reset Authentication methods. The Mobile phone option in this policy allows either voice calls or text message to be sent to a mobile phone. The Office phone option allows only voice calls.
The SSPR policy requires two methods to reset and has enabled Microsoft Authenticator app, email, and phone. When the user chooses to register, two methods are required: The user is shown Microsoft Authenticator app and phone by default. The user can choose to register email instead of Authenticator app or phone.
The following authentication methods are available for SSPR: Mobile app notification. Mobile app code. Email. Mobile phone. Office phone (available only for tenants with paid subscriptions) Security questions.
Microsoft recommends passwordless authentication methods such as Windows Hello, Passkeys (FIDO2), and the Microsoft Authenticator app because they provide the most secure sign-in experience.
Azure AD, now known as Microsoft Entra ID, has a free edition that provides user and group management, on-premises directory synchronization, basic reports, self-service password change for cloud users, and single sign-on across Azure, Microsoft 365, and many popular SaaS apps.
