How do I find unattached people in FTM?

Any individuals in your tree who are completely detached, or are detached in a smaller family unit, will show separately from the rest of your tree, with no lines connecting them. These are people in your tree you would want to check to see if they should be reattached to other people in your tree.

How to find unconnected people in Ancestry?

An unrelated person After adding them, disconnect all of their relationships. This will keep them in your tree, but they wont be connected to anyone else. To find them later, you can search for their name or look for them in the list of all people in your treefor help, see Finding People in Your Tree.

How to sync Ancestry with FTM?

Click on the Sync Status icon in the upper right corner in Family Tree Maker and click on Sync Now in the drop-down menu. Reviewing the differences reported in the Sync Change Log. In the Sync Change Log screen you will see a brief summary of detected changes for your sync.
