To do so, open your PDF file in docHub, then click on the Edit PDF tool in the toolbar on the right. When youre in form editing mode, you can make several types of changes to the PDF file. You can edit text, alter a field name, or add new text and fillable fields.
Set advanced print options (Acrobat Standard) In the Print dialog box, select Advanced. Note: To learn more about an option, select it. A description appears at the bottom of the dialog box. Set options, and then select OK. Note: Acrobat sets the PostScript level automatically, based on the selected printer.
How to View/Edit the Advanced Document Settings Go to File Tab Properties or using the shortcut keys Ctrl + D (⌘ + D on Mac). Click on the Advanced Tab. Select the settings you wish to use. Click OK to apply the changes. Save the document to save the new Advanced Document settings.
Resolution Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
How to change your default PDF viewer to docHub PDF Viewer. Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file. On the menu, click Properties. A new dialog box will appear. Select docHub or Reader from the list as your default. Click OK to save and apply changes.
An additional PDF Options dialog box containing advanced PDF export settings is available by clicking the Advanced button on the Preferences: PDF Export page or in the PDF Export dialog box. (See PDF Options Dialog Box Settings.)
Change the field type. From the PDF editor panel, select the Field type dropdown. Select the field type you would like to change the PDF field to from the list. Your changes will be saved automatically.
On the docHub PDF Settings page, you can do the following tasks: View the predefined PDF settings. Create a PDF setting or edit one that you created previously. Specify default PDF settings. Upload a PDF settings file to the server. Delete customized PDF settings. Upload and download prologue and epilogue files.
