In this tutorial, India from the customer support team explains how to merge two patient records. First, access the patient file using the icons at the top and select the merge button, indicated by two arrows pointing towards each other. The current patient will be the destination patient for the merged data. To choose the source patient, click the designated box and select from the list. Mark the source patient as inactive by selecting a reason, such as "duplicate." Additional reasons can be added using the list button. Once satisfied, click OK, then confirm the merge in the prompt that appears, as this action is irreversible. The information will now be consolidated under the destination patient.
