Using the Organize Pages tool, you can Rearrange, Extract, Insert, Replace and Split PDF pages. To begin, open the file that you wish to alter. Click the Tools menu and then the Organize Pages tool. To rearrange pages, simply drag the pages to the order desired.
Sort files In the List view, select the column name you want to sort by. Select again to sort in reverse order. The lists order of files reflects the files order in the combined PDF. Sorting rearranges the pages of the combined PDF.
How to combine PDF files Click the Select a file button above, or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Select the files you want to merge using the Acrobat PDF combiner tool. Reorder the files if needed. Click Merge files. Sign in to download or share the merged file. You can organise the pages too.
Visit Acrobat online services from any web browser and follow these easy steps: Upload the PDF you want to reorder. Select the page thumbnails you want to move. Drag and drop them to their new location. Save and rename the file. Download the reordered PDF to your PC.
