Individual files can be merged into a single PDF binder in Acrobat DC by selecting "Combine Files" in the tools panel, adding files through drag and drop or file selection. This feature is useful for organizing learning activities or student work, as demonstrated by an English teacher creating a poetry anthology. Once files are selected, click "Combine" to create the binder, which Acrobat will bookmark for easy navigation. Remember to give the binder a name when saving. Other methods of combining files are available, such as through the file menu or create PDF tool. PDF binders should not be confused with PDF portfolios.
