hey im joe the accountant and welcome to beantalk today were going to go through how to split and merge your invoices it can be tough trying to manually place those papers around on the scanner so this way im going to show you how to batch scan your invoices and just with a click and drag split and merge those invoices as needed all of the splitting and merging of invoices within bean orcs will take place in the create tab so the example is ive scanned in lets say five or six different invoices but i put them all in the same pdf so youll see here that right now beanworks is reading this as one invoice with six pages i now have the option two one press split and this now separates them all out into individual ones if i did that by mistake i could click reset or the square here is merge from here you can also select just individual pages and click and drag them down to where you want them to be so for example i want to first split them all and then this is the second page for the
