its easy to insert your logo into a letter youve created in procare letter merge just go to the letter merge icon then you can choose to insert a logo into a brand new letter or you can open up an existing letter ill open one ive previously created from the open letter icon ive got one here called nice collection letter ill just double click on it and that inserts my previous letter the cursor is already at the top of the letter and thats where i want to insert my logo from here ill go to the format menu at the top and ill choose insert image then ill browse to the image i want and choose the format my image happens to be in png format but yours might be in jpeg or bmp and that shows me all the images that are available i happen to like this one it inserts the image for me now i may want to change the formatting youll see right now the image is on the left and my text is all wrapped on the right hand side i can modify the image formatting by clicking once on the image then
