To merge comments from two PDFs using Acrobat, simply follow these steps: Open the PDF where you want to apply comments. Click Comments on the top toolbar. Use the dropdown next to Options and select Import Data File. Choose the PDF with the comments you want to merge. Click Open.
Merging comments is a two step process: Export comments from each commented file. Import all comments to collate them into a single PDF file.
