When you are working with larger FS pro documents, you can choose to have a topic/see page table as an advanced organizer for your readers but you can also use a table of contents or you can even use both: a table of contents and a topic/see page table in large documents. If you want to insert a table of contents, simply go to access tables in the FS Pro 2020 ribbon, select insert table of contents and you now get a dialog box asking you where you want to insert the table of contents. You can choose the start of your document, before the current map where your cursor is right now, after the current map where your cursor is right now or at the end of the document. You also have the option to add an application title before the table of contents or include block labels in a table of contents. Lets select start and press OK. Your table of contents is now inserted, listing all the maps in the document, with table numbering. Easy as that.

What is it? A table of contents is a list of all the documents, sections, and clauses included in the contract.
Contract or Contract Document means the written agreement executed by the Owner and Contractor setting forth the obligations of the parties, including but not limited to performance of the work, furnishing of labor, equipment and materials, and the basis of payment.
A contract is an agreement between parties, creating mutual obligations that are enforceable by law. The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality.
Elements of a Contract Offer - One of the parties made a promise to do or refrain from doing some specified action in the future. Consideration - Something of value was promised in exchange for the specified action or nonaction. Acceptance - The offer was accepted unambiguously.
For a contract to be valid and recognized by the common law, it must include certain elements offer, acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal relations, authority and capacity, and certainty. Without these elements, a contract is not legally binding and may not be enforced by the courts.
Whether its for a brief or a long legal contract sometimes youll need to add a table of contents (TOC) into your documents. If you have used Styles to build the headings in your document then follow along with the steps below to set up a TOC in just a few clicks.
Content Contract means an Assigned Contract under which an author or otherthird party assigns, licenses or otherwise grants a Seller the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and/or otherwise exploit a work in any form anywhere in the world.
A contract document map offers a glimpse into the information architecture of the document: it helps to keep track of the documents and their titles, their order of precedence, and where contractual topics are addressed. It can also be used as a cover document showing what is (and what is not) part of the contract.
