Hey guys, whats up? Its Seth here. I wanted to show you something really quick here in MapRight. And this is something that I think can be a really helpful solution to a lot of people. Say, when you have a property listed for sale, like a vacant land property, and somebody calls you up or sends you an email and says, Hey, I need you to show me where the property is. I want you to meet me out here, or I want you to plot out where the parcel line are, that kind of thing. And theres a lot of different ways to do this. One way is you could actually meet them onsite, but thats very time consuming and totally inefficient for a lot of reasons that doesnt make sense for most of us. You could also order a boundary survey where a surveyor goes out there and stakes all the corners and just makes it really obvious, but that also takes some time and its pretty expensive to do it that way. A much easier way to do this is with MapRight and actually I am not the person that discovered this. I

A Wisconsin quitclaim deed form is a written instrument for conveying an ownership interest in real estate with no warranty of title. Warranty of title is the current owners promise or guaranty that the owner holds valid title to the transferred property free of undisclosed title defects.
This is usually the solicitor or conveyancer acting on behalf of the buyer. So, if youre trying to track down your original deeds, they could be with the solicitor who acted for you when you bought the property, or possibly with your mortgage company if you have a mortgage.
