hi im gabriella from my solutions and today im going to be going over how to use the i solutions app to apply credit memos inside of microsoft dynamics 365 business central so to get started im going to open up business central and im going to go to customers and im going to go to the customer with the credit memo that needs to be applied next im going to go to actions and then collections from here its just a couple of quick easy steps so you can see all these open invoices here and you also see the credit memo so it looks like this credit memo has 578 dollars so really all you need to do is click these three dots and then select more so im selecting the credit memo and im also going to choose an invoice to apply it to so ill go ahead and choose this one with the amount of 380 so from here all i have to do is click apply credits and then hit yes lets me know that the application was successfully posted and now you can see the remaining amount of that credit memo is almost 3
