To add a permanent signature block to your PDF file, first enable all features if prompted by a yellow banner. Then, check the right-hand tools for "Prepare Form." If it's missing, go to the top left "Tools," find "Prepare Form" under the Forms and Signatures section, and add it to the right-hand side. Additionally, add the other tools: certificates, docHub, and fill. Once these tools are available, return to your document and select "Prepare Form" on the right. Choose the open form and click "Start" to proceed with adding your signature block.
