in this video were going to create a delivery note so heres amperes customer now this customer doesnt really support it every notes but there is a workaround we can use and that is that if you go into tools maintain templates and edit the job sheet itemized template which is just a word document we just change that to do free notes and we dont need this job number here and we just save that now if we select the top customer and create an invoice we say its an itemized invoice using the formal template and we just call this toys click Next now we select the items for the invoice were going to just select kids paddling pool and it could wooden chair so automatically adds up the totals and the taxes if I just click create job sheet and it goes off and creates the invoice so the invoice is a Word document here with all the details subtotal sales tax and totals but its also created here a delivery note where it just says these are the items description and quantity and it doesnt in
