Press and hold Ctrl to select more than one document. Documents will be merged in the order in which they appear in the file list. To use a different order, select and insert each file individually in the desired order.
For example, if you are using Word or Google Docs, start by creating a third document and naming it ingly such as combined file or final project. Then: Open the two files you want to merge. Select all text (Command+A/Ctrl+A) from one document, then paste it into the new document (Command+V/Ctrl+V).
Using Folder Merger is easy. You can add a single folder or select a root folder to add first-level subfolders. Next, click the Destination folder icon to set the destination folder. Once all the folders are added, click Select All to merge all the folders or individual folders using the Ctrl key.
