The video tutorial explains how to edit the reference check form. Begin by accessing Mission Control and selecting Profile Builder from the dropdown menu. Locate the Reference Check Candidate form and click edit. To add questions, type your query, such as "How long have you known them?" and choose the desired response format (text box, checkbox, dropdown, etc.). If applicable, allow file uploads. For yes/no questions, select the appropriate model and click save to apply changes. Users can also delete questions as needed, ensuring to click save for updates to take effect.
