On average, it takes up to five business days for your transcript to post to your application from the date we receive it.
What is a Transcript of Records? The Transcript of Records (ToR) shows the list of courses taken, the exams or tests you passed, and the credits you earned. In the Transcript of Records, you can find the title of the courses, course duration, grade, and the credit points you have gained by passing the exam.
Do I need to send transcripts? Yes, you must submit official transcripts to CASPA. See Sending Official Transcripts for more guidelines on each type of transcript.
Enter classes semester by semester, copying the class title, department prefixes and course numbers, credit amount, and the grade received from your official university transcript. This may include 130+ credits of courses! An Academic Status must also be applied to each course taken.
To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your schools registrar. In most cases, you dont even have to call or go in person; the registrars office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.
Contact your registrar to request that they send the transcripts directly to CASPA. A transcript request form can be found in the Institutions Attended section of your CASPA application.
CASPA only accepts electronic transcripts from Credentials Solutions, Parchment, and National Student Clearinghouse. If your school does not offer any of these services, your transcript must be sent by mail.
A transcript is an official document that shows the courses you have taken, the grades earned, and a cumulative grade point average (GPA). A transcript is not a diploma.
