um the main important thing guys when were looking into this and one of the most important things that i think i tried to stress in this class and for those of you that were not paying attention one of the biggest biggest things that i always want to do is always talk about a vector in component form i always like talking about vectors in component form and the basic term of a vector in component form is like v1 comma v2 and whats nice about a vector in component form is it has the initial point here and then it has its terminal point which is your point v1 comma v2 okay so a component form always starts at zero and ends at v1 v2 the point but we dont write it as a point we write its a vector its a directed line segment okay so thats basically what v1 and v2 represent now in this case we dont have it in component form basically what we have here is we have a point one two three one two three four and then one two negative eight one two three four five six seven eight do you guy
