a nice feature thats available in Salesforce is the send list email feature so enlightening when youre on a leader contact list view youre able to either select entire list view or you know click individual ones just like this and when I do that I can go over here and click this button and I see the send list email option now depending on how your org has been customized this endless email may or may not be available reasons for a not being available could vary depending you know from company to company so if you dont see this available and youd like to use it its probably a good time to you know talk to your Salesforce administrator and see why are why why not it is available if I click send list email its gonna pop me into this area where I can see that I have you know my four recipients that I selected I can type some content and type in a subject as well what I can also do is they use a email template so if I click email template if I have pre-built templates in Salesforce
