hi Im Michelle welcome back to finally revealed today I want to talk about whether or not you need a contract in order for you to determine whether you need a contract there are various principles that you could follow the first one being if you are going to need to enforce somebodys agreement which is really what a contract is its just an agreement there and theres legal elements that go into it but I know if you have an agreement thats a contract whether or not its legally enforceable agreement that you can prove is going to be more difficult unless it is in writing so you might want to think about that I have another video on how to read a written contract and in there I highlight the main reasons that you have a contract so you might want to watch that and if that makes you reconsider what youre doing and then you say you know I should have it in writing then there you go go have somebody help you and put it into writing but then there are certain certain situations where yo
