How do you link type in Form W2 with DocHub?

Box 14 Employers can use W-2 box 14 to report information like: A member of the clergys parsonage allowance and utilities. Any charitable contribution made through payroll deductions. Educational assistance payments. Health insurance premium deductions. Nontaxable income. State disability insurance taxes withheld.
W-2 Blank Laser Paper: These forms are for laser and inkjet printers too, and are blank on the front with some offering employee instructions printed on the back. Your software prints the boxes, government data and employee data. W-2 Continuous Forms: These forms are for typewriters or pin-fed printers.
Box 14 of the W-2 statement likely has a dollar amount listed with the 414(h). This is the number of funds that were contributed to the retirement plan. The 414(h) funds are not taxable.
Generally, you have to report payments from the following using box 14: Salary, wages, commissions or other remuneration including taxable benefits.
What do I enter? In most cases, the information that your employer lists in Box 14 of your W-2 does not affect your income tax return.
Box aEmployers name, address, and ZIP code. Box bEmployer identification number (EIN). Box cTax year/Form corrected. Box dEmployees correct SSN. Box eCorrected SSN and/or name. Box fEmployees previously reported SSN. Box gEmployees previously reported name.
Line 14A - Net Earnings (Loss) from Self-Employment - Amounts reported in Box 14, Code A represent the amount of net earnings from self-employment. For Limited Partners this amount generally includes any guaranteed payments received for services rendered to or on behalf of the partnership.
