[Music] hello this is greg from sharepoint maven and in todays video i would like to show you how you can add description text to your links your quick links that you have on your sharepoint page so heres the scenario i embedded a quick links web part added a few links with the title and some nice icons and i would like to add some descriptions under each um of the titles all right just add a little bit more information to for my employees heres how you can do it click the edit button and what you need to do is click this pencil icon for advanced settings all right and then what you need to do is click this show descriptions uh box over here the toggle and what happens the buttons become a little bit bigger obviously to accommodate the additional text so what you have to do next is click on each and every um you know button click the pencil icon and actually supply that text all right so heres the text lets just say submit your time off here all right thats what this additional t
