This tutorial explains how to link two text boxes in a document. To do this, select the first text box, go to format, click on create link, position the mouse pointer to the center of the second text box, click to establish a link. Once linked, any text that doesn't fit in the first text box will automatically move to the second box. Increasing the text box size will shift additional text from the second box to the first box as they are linked.
