How do you link table in Training Record with DocHub?

  1. First, import your Training Record to DocHub.

A record: Contains specific data, like information about a particular employee or a product. A field: Contains data about one aspect of the table subject, such as first name or e-mail address. A field value: Each record has a field value. For example, Contoso, Ltd. or someone@example.com.

Link tables are usually association/bridge tables between different Hub tables in Datavault. They mostly resolve many to many relation between different Hub tables. Example. Link - INVOICELINEITEM. Hub - INVOICE, PRODUCT etc.
Put it in the Cloud, But Dont Neglect Hardcopies Cloud-based data wont be lost. Despite the pros of cloud storage, dont neglect hardcopies. Have a system in place for the storage of any physical paper proof of training, especially records of attendance. Keep it systematic, neat, and up-to-date.
