hi everyone today we are going to discuss about linker i am going to take gnu linker as an example following that we will discuss about symbol symbol table how to display the content of object or executable file what is strong and weak symbol followed by static and dynamic linking and finally linking error now lets check the definition of linker linker is a system program which links multiple object files and archie files for example libraries resolves all the symbols in it does the relocation and then produces either an executable file or an object file example share libraries based on the options which we had used during our compilation please note that all the object files and executable files which i am going to refer in this video are of elf format to get better understanding of what is symbol and what is an object file lets take an example i am going to use c programming language and here i have three source files i had purposefully divided the source code into three source fi
