Take these steps to link style in GDOC

links usually take you outside of google docs but you can also link one part of your document to another and go to any section or point you desire first lets link some text to the heading called new client overview well go to the beginning of our document highlight the desired text right-click it then select link click the headings drop-down menu choose new client overview and click apply now click the link and the heading name to go there but what if you want to link to a specific point in your document like a statistic or key fact you can use bookmarks and you can place them almost anywhere on a blank space a block of text or an image for now lets highlight this statistic and click insert select bookmark in a small book icon will appear now lets link to that bookmark elephant text right-click it then select the link click the bookmark drop-down menu click the statistic and select apply to complete the link you can even create a shareable link that goes directly to the bookmark

Fun Text To use Fun Text to make beautiful Google documents, the add-on and highlight the text you want to edit. Then head to Add-ons Fun Text. From here, youll be able to edit the size, color, shape, placement, and even the language of your chosen text. Theres so much to do!
Click the Text color command from the toolbar. A drop-down menu of text colors appears. Select the circle of the text color you want to use. In our example, well choose blue.
Use links Open a doc, sheet, or slide. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert. Link. Under Text, enter the text you want to be linked. Under Link, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
STYLE PARAGRAPHS OR ENTIRE DOCS ** Style the entire document. If you have the structure of your document with its titles, headings, and normal text, click Style to add a finishing touch. The add-on will change the text font, size, formatting, spacing alignment of each part ing to the style set of your choice.
You can also open the Edit Link dialog box by pressing Ctrl-K on your keyboard or clicking the Insert Link chain links icon on the Google Docs toolbar. After you create a link, always check that it takes you to the correct bookmark anchor.
You can customize that link in the Share dialog box to allow an of three options: Viewer: Visitors can see the document but not change it in any way. Commenter: Visitors can see the document and make comments, but cant change the content.
How to set a custom color: Go to the add-ons page and hit the Options button for Custom Google Visited Link Color. At the bottom there will be an option to select a color, press the colored button on the right. A color selector window will popup, select your desired color and hit OK.
If you decide you want to change the link style, you can easily do it at any time: Select any link in your Google Doc. Right-click on it and tap Clear formatting. Customize the link. Besides its color, you can also change the font style, size, position, etc. Tap Use as default.
Open the file or folder in Google Drive. Click the Share button on the top right. In the Share with People and Groups box, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the link with. Under Get Link, choose Change so you can set the appropriate permissions.
Hyperlinks Select the text you want to make a hyperlink. Click the Insert link button, or right-click the selected text and click Link. The Edit Link dialog box will appear. Type the address you want to link to in the Link field. Click Apply. Click the link to view the URL.
