You can get information about arrest warrants issued by the New York City Police Department by contacting the Criminal Courts information line or office of arrest. If you are going in person, you must bring a valid ID. The offices are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Concerned persons should visit the warrant search site of the enforcing agency in the county where the warrant was issued. If unable to find information online, visit a local police station to have them check in person. If there is an active warrant for the persons arrest, the police might detain them immediately.
The Suffolk County Sheriffs Department maintains a comprehensive database where the public can perform a Suffolk County warrant lookup. This search tool is accessible through the departments official website and allows individuals to verify if they or someone else has an active arrest warrant.
A Texas warrant search may be necessary upon reasonable suspicion of crime by a law enforcement officer. Requests for records of active Texas warrants or warrant information can be directed to local county sheriffs offices, the Office of Court Administration, or the local county courts.
