[Music] this video will cover as a supervisor how to complete a review on your employees enter new goals for employees and track your employee goal progress to begin go to employee performance then overview the overview tab allows you to see the competencies youll be evaluating your employees on and if theyre eligible for a bonus based on your supervisor permissions you may or may not be able to edit the competency model and the additional earnings section if you can assign a competency model select the appropriate competency model from the drop-down menu if you can mark an employee eligible for a bonus based on the goals theyve completed turn on the additional earnings and select whether they receive a bonus based on a percentage of their base pay or a flat dollar amount to complete a review for an assigned employee click on the review tab here you can view the status of your employees self-evaluation click on the supervisor evaluation to begin the top of the review will show you
