And secondly, if the actual text of the links is meaningful. For the first, there are three common patterns that we see which can cause the screen reader to miss links in the page. One is using a span, with some link styling, or an anchor tag without an href attribute. This is popular for single page applications when you have something which is effectively an internal link. Change the font format for hyperlinks Click the cell with the hyperlink. On the Home tab, right-click the Hyperlink style and pick Modify. In the Style box, click Format. Click Font, choose your formatting options and click OK. Click OK to close the Style box.
By entering a value of +1 for the size attribute you designate your text to be displayed one size bigger which then equates to size 4. Likewise a value of +2 equates to font size 5. Going in the other direction, a value of -1 equates to size 2 and -2 equates to size 1 (basefont size 3 - 2 = font size 1).

Select the hyperlink and click Underline in the Font group to remove the underline. With the hyperlink still selected, click Font Color (Font group), and choose a new font color, such as Automatic, black or the same color as the rest of your text.
