In your signature you can include the option for somebody to message you directly on teams and embed a link that will open up a new chat message to do this open a new email from the message ribbon select signatures this will open up any of the signatures you already have saved and any new ones you want to create ive got one set here and im going to include the words chat with me im going to highlight those and select the embed a link from there im going to paste in a very specific url make note that you will need to change this link so that it meets the criteria for your specific net id because that way its going to sync to teams and create that chat message once updated select ok and ok again itll save that signature and that will go out on any of the messages that you selected for
