Choose the Right Types of Survey Questions If you are looking for comprehensive answers, then you may want to consider open-ended questions. If you are looking for feedback that is quick to sort and analyze and helps you identify trends easily, then multiple-choice, Yes/No, and Likert scale questions work well.
