In the Link settings screen, you can change who is able to access the link and edit the item youre sharing. If one of the sharing options is grayed out, your organizations administrators may have restricted it. The Anyone with the link option might be greyed out if you attempt to share .
Outlook limits the number to 100 of recipients whose access it can check per email message. If the number of recipients in your message exceeds that limit, Outlook cant check whether the recipients have access to the links in the message.
